Another one of our fundraisers is drawing near.
Attached is the flyer for the Shopping Extravaganza at the Lake Elsinore Outlet Mall on October 17th from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. For each ticket sold, the band will receive the $20.00. It is a full day
of fun, savings, food, wine tasting and, of course, pampering. During the day there are raffles for gift cards.
Our chair for this fundraiser is Debbie Smith (Drummer, Jake Smith’s mom). The tickets need to be pre-sold with the attached order form and turned into Mr.
Smith. The money for each ticket sold must be included with the order forms. All monies are due to Mr. Smith no later than Friday, September 25th.
As you know, the district is becoming more and more limited with helping schools out with what they consider “extras.” TCHS Band takes on the burden each year of paying for their own transportation. This year is no different. This fundraiser is set up to help offset the costs of transportation for the many events this year that TCHS travels to and from. Please encourage your neighbors, family, friends, and co-workers to buy a ticket for this worthy cause!
Checks are made payable to Shopping Extravaganza.
